Okay so just look closesly at Gabriella when you wantch High school Musical or if you have any picture of her in front of you or stuck in your mind, it should work out pretty much the same. Look at all her clothes. Her style is girly and innocent and her colour pallette includes colours like beige, green, pink and blue. Most of the time you'll see Gabriella in blue or green, otherwise known as the cool colours.
So..Tip 1: Stick to cool colours like green and blue and opt for subtle and dull shades like beige, white and light pink.
Now let's go to another aspect of her style. Look at the pictures given below. All have Vanessa wearing a bright colour with a white sweater. So basically, if you wear bright colours stick to white sweaters just like Gabriella.
Tip 2: If you wear bright colours, wear a white sweater or jacket with it.
Most of Gabriella's clothes have green and white somewhere in them. Green and white make a smashing combination. If you are wearing a white outfit, break the monotony using green accessories or bags. And if you are wearing a green ensemble, pair it up with white shoes or white outerwear. This however doesn;t count for emerald green.

Most of Gabriella's clothes are vintage, simple boho shik type. A store that has simple, girl next door clothing is Free people which is where most of Vanessa's clothes are from.
Tip 4: When in doubt just stick to 'Free People'.
Flowers are femenine, cute and very much like Vanessa's style. Flowers in all forms are good, bright flowers, round flowers etc.
Tip 5: Wear clothes having floral designs.
MAKE-UPGabriella is a simple girl next door. Her make-up also depends greatly on her personality. What colours can you think of when you think of Gabriella?? Pink?? Peach?? From a little research I have found out that 24 different shades of lipgloss were used for Gabriella's make-up in High school musical 2. Oh yeah, all shades were pink.
Tip 6: Stick to shades of pink for your lips.
Never over do your make-up. Gabriella's make-up mainly consists of shades of pink and beige. But at times the only make-up that she has on is lipgloss and maybe a little blush. Then what is the make-up that makes her skin look so flawless? Yes..it is foundation. Apply foundation closest to your natural skin tone and blend it well with your skin. Here liquid foundation is preferred. Products highly recommended are Maybelline, Coevergirl and Loreal.

Whenever I make guides for Gabriella's make-up, I happen to repeat this step almost all the time. ' Line your eyelids using a brown eyeliner. Then apply some brown colour eyeshadow just above your eyelids.'
Tip 8: Stick to shades of brown while applying eyeshadow or eyeliner. Keep the brown eyeshadow close to your eyelids and use a lighter shade of brown or peach above it.
HAIRHaven't you observed how Gabriella's hair is always so perfectly kept at the back. For this purpose use hairspray. Try hairstyles that are natural and require no straightening. You must have observed that whenever Vanessa's hair is let down or tied in a pony it's always looking curly. So basically to look like Vanessa , remember never straighten your hair. Stick to curly/wavy hair.
Tip 9: Stick to curly or wavy hairstyles.
In High school musical, Gabriella sported a shirt but cute hairstyle. To achieve the same look as her, try side parting your hair ( that is make sure your parting isn't bang in the centre ) and let your bangs fall on your face. Curl the layers near your eyes and make them face outwards.
Tip 10: Never part your hair in the centre, keep it somewhere towards the side. Curl your hair in such a way that it is always a little away from your ears ie curled a little outwards.
